    I have excessive crankcase pressure. Oil pushing out through turbo and front Crank seal. PCV diaphragm changed. Piston rings changed. What else to check for ? BMW F20 N13 1.6 ENGINE. I thought it was a turbo back pressure from the exhaust to the engine but your explanation doesn't says so, is it a likely case. I am a DIY guy on BMW

    So dumb, cmon Adobe get with the times already. Appreciate the tip! Changing it to 709 does make it better, a little slide of the curve can get it close and it will actually render out the way you see it on your timeline. Keeping it at 2100 you still get more exposure in the render VS what you see on your timeline. oi.

    i have shortened the Actuator fully but it would still needed to be shorter little bit. Do you think that the spring in the actuator need to be replaced? it still leaks the pressure under the load.

      Not sure. Ats is a good company but we have no experience with their "vs stage 2 3000." I'm assuming that is their stock modified VGT replacement turbo you are asking about. If it is it a stock modifying turbo, it is not an apples to apples comparison and yes our Turbonator VGT would out perform because the Turbonator is a S300 (or S400) VGT turbo that is 100% made for performance applications. Whereas a stock modified VGT has bigger wheels, but is still utilizing the same OEM actuator, same OEM type internals/design and same sized small OEM housings. If you are merely looking for a stock modified VGT turbo, we have those as well. However, the Turbonator is a completely different beast that is made for performance and to overcome the weaknesses that plague the stock vgt turbo and cause it to go out. Whatever your goals are for your truck you have some good options. What is your truck's fueling like? Are you deleted or are you planning on keeping your emissions intact?

    Keep your exhaust brake on all of the time to avoid this. Also Ram extended the actuator warranty.

      We don't have a direct bolt on application. However, if have pedestal kit that will allow you to run a S300 bw turbo style turbo on your 7.3L our Turbonator and/or ball-=bearing turbos will fit. We have people running them on their 7.3L.     I have a PDI built c15 6NZ and PDI 650 hp tuning. I utilize the PDI exhaust manifold and the Big boss turbo. What improvements will your turbo bring to the table. We haul 129,000 gross doubles and we never see over 875 degrees post turbo.
